Robo Advisor and Its Application in the Stock Market in Vietnam

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) has brought positive changes to the banking sector. Artificial intelligence (AI) applications have been widely used in the financial securities sector thanks to their high-tech efficiency. Robo Advisor (RA) is one of the key technologies in Industry 4.0 as it provides users with a verifiable, transparent data system that easily eliminates unnecessary costs and maintains effective integrity. RA is deployed by securities companies, and it has provided customers with new experiences instead of dealing with brokers and consultants. This paper studies the application of RA in the world and the current implementation of this technology in securities companies in Vietnam to better understand the applicability of RA in the stock market in Vietnam in the coming years.
