Factors Affecting the Decision of Customers to Buy Drugs from Long Chau Pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
This study explores the factors affecting the decision of customers to buy drugs from Long Chau pharmacies in Ho Chi Minh City. The study’s initial research model consists of seven variables, namely convenience, human resources, price, brand, information, product, and facilities. The study’s results show that there are five factors affecting customers’ purchasing decisions, including: (1) brand information, (2) product price, (3) human resources, (4) convenience, and (5) facilities. Based on the study’s findings, several managerial implications are proposed to enhance customers’ purchasing decisions at Long Chau pharmacies.
