Factors Affecting the Decision of Students to Enroll in the Real Estate Programs of Universities in Vietnam

Abstract

This study explores the factors affecting the decision of students to enroll in the real estate programs of universities in Vietnam from an economic point of view and a marketing approach. The study is expected to provide additional information for universities and real estate training institutions to help them develop appropriate strategies for improving real estate training programs as well as marketing and communication activities to attract prospective students.
