Factors affecting the customer satisfaction about the quality of the internet service provided by VNPT Ben Tre

Abstract

This study assesses the impact of factors on the customer satisfaction about the quality of the Internet service provided by VNPT at Ben Tre City (VNPT Ben Tre). The study finds out that there are five factors affecting the customer satisfaction, including (1) The level of assurance emerged as the most influential factor, followed by (2) Responsiveness, (3) Accessibility, (4) Tangible media, and (5) Reliability. This study is expected to help VNPT Ben Tre find practical solutions to improve the satisfaction of their customers with the Internet service.
