Solutions for the development of supply chain for Vietnamese exported agricultural products when Vietnam participates into the global agricultural supply chain

Vietnam is one of the leading agricultural exporting countries in the world. However, the value and the competitiveness of Vietnamese exported agricultural products are quite low. In addition, Vietnam has not yet participated deeply in the global agricultural supply chain and 90% of Vietnamese exported agricultural products are raw or less processed products. This study is to analyze the current Vietnam’s agricultural exports and the participation of Vietnam into the global agricultural supply chain. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help Vietnamese exported agricultural products better take part in the global agricultural supply chain.
