Improving the quality of cadre, civil servants and officials training at Dong Nai Province School of Politics

The major task of Dong Nai Province School of Politics is to provide theoretical political training at the intermediate level for the province’s cadre, civil servants, and officials. The school has continuously strived to enhance its training quality. However, the school is still facing some difficulties and limitations in its training quality improvement. By using some qualitative research methods, such as information collection, sociological investigation, analysis, comparison, and synthesis, this study is to analyze the school’s current training activities for Dong Nai province’s cadre, civil servants, and officials. Based on the study’s results, some solutions are proposed to improve the school’s training quality for the province’s cadre, civil servants, and officials in the coming time.
