Abstract
The rapid development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) has profoundly impacted on enterprises’ business and production activities. Especially, the Industry 4.0 has eliminated many professions and created new jobs that require a high-quality workforce. Therefore, it is necessary for schools to collaborate more closely with businesses to effectively launch dual training programs in order to help learners better meet actual job requirements. This paper analyzes the current implementation of dual training at Mien Trung Industry and Trade College and proposes some solutions to improve the collaboration between the school and businesses in the implementation of dual training in the coming time.
