Developing the quality control process for printing products of the finishing department, the Center of Security Document Techniques of the Ministry of Public Security

In the integrated economic development environment, enterprises that want to survive and develop must increase their competitiveness through two basic strategies: product differentiation (product quality) and cost reduction. Product quality becomes one of the most important strategies to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. It is necessary to apply the quality control process at the Center of Security Document Technique of the Ministry of Public Security to improve the product quality. It also important for the center to develop a suitable standard process. Based on this study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help printing establishments not only improve their performance but also maintain their product quality.
