Abstract
This study identified significant shortcomings in Vietnam's current training effectiveness evaluations, including inconsistencies, limited stakeholder involvement, and inadequate assessment of practical outcomes. To address these issues, the study proposed a comprehensive evaluation index system, the adoption of modern evaluation tools, and increased stakeholder participation. By establishing an effective evaluation framework, Vietnam can enhance training quality, align training with labor market needs, and foster a highly skilled workforce.
