Educators and the digital franchising revolution: Motivations, challenges, and opportunities in the global digital business model

Abstract

This study examined the potential benefits, obstacles, and driving forces behind educators' involvement in the global digital franchising model within the context of ongoing digital transformation. The study found that this model offers significant opportunities for increased income, personal brand development, and business expansion. However, educators must also navigate challenges related to technological proficiency and the transition from traditional teaching roles to entrepreneurial mindsets. To facilitate educators' successful integration into the digital franchising landscape and foster sustainable career growth, the study proposed strategic solutions that effectively bridge the gap between teaching and digital business.
