Abstract
This study examined the factors influencing green entrepreneurial intention (GEI) among business administration students at Ho Chi Minh City College of Industry and Trade. Key factors include education development support (EDS), institutional support (IS), and country support (CS), which affect students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE). The study conducted online surveys and used PLS-SEM analysis to analyze collected data. The results indicated that EDS, IS, and CS positively impact ESE, which in turn strongly influences GEI. The findings highlighted the importance of education, institutional, and government support in encouraging students to pursue sustainable entrepreneurship. The study’s findings suggested that schools should offer entrepreneurship courses, real-world projects, workshops, and connect students with successful entrepreneurs. Additionally, government financial and legal support is crucial to fostering green startup development.
