Solutions for Creating Work Motivation of Nicotex Joint Stock Company’s Indirect Employees

This study explores and proposes solutions to enhance the work motivation of indirect employees working for Nicotex Joint Stock Company. The study identifies the difficulties and challenges faced by the company’s indirect employees and analyzes the causes of their work demotivation. Based on the study’s findings, several solutions are proposed to improve employees’ work motivation, including enhancing internal communication, creating a positive and trustworthy work environment, providing training and career development opportunities, and recognizing the achievements of indirect employees.
