Developing Human Resources for Quang Ngai Province’s Tourism Industry in the Context of Applying MRA-TP

Abstract
This study analyzes the development of tourism human resources, the current situation, and the challenges posed to the development of Quang Ngai province’s tourism human resources in the context of applying MRA-TP. It is necessary for Quang Ngai province’s tourism industry to develop high-quality human resources to grow quickly and sustainably. This study proposes nine recommendations for the development of Quang Ngai province’s tourism human resources in the context of applying MRA-TP.
