The Impact of E-Commerce Platforms’ Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction

Abstract
This study evaluates the satisfaction of customers when using e-commerce platforms in Vietnam through the factors of e-service quality, e-recovery service quality, and product quality based on the market context. The study’s PLS-SEM analysis with the primary data of 326 samples confirms that the proposed research model brings meaningful results. It provides managerial implications for e-commerce platform administrators.
