Quality of services affecting the loyalty of the travel businesses sending tourists towards the travel businesses receiving tourists in Vietnam

Abstract

The study explores the service quality affecting the loyalty of the sending tour operator to the receiving tour operator. In this study, PLS-SEM through SmartPLS Software is used. The total number of questionnaires is 650 with the subjects being domestic tourists and international travel businesses sending and receiving tourists. The research model includes the following factors: (1) Satisfaction; (2) Customer value; (3) Service quality; (4) Business confidence; and (5) Loyalty of the sending tour operators to receiving tour operators. Based on the research results, some managerial implications have been proposed to improve the satisfaction of tour operators sending guests to travel businesses receiving tourists in Vietnam.
