Analyzing some limitations in the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 and proposing measures to amend and supplement this law

The Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010 has made a significant contribution to improving the judicial system and expanding Vietnam's network of arbitration centers and arbitrators. However, during the enforcement process, some limitations concerning jurisdiction, arbitration agreements, arbitration methods, and the management of commercial arbitration activities have emerged. This paper analyzes these limitations and proposes measures to amend and supplement the Law on Commercial Arbitration 2010.
