Abstract

This study analyzed legal frameworks for international cooperation in competition proceedings for cross-border competition cases and examined international experiences in such cooperation. Based on the study’s findings, some recommendations were made to strengthen the effectiveness of international cooperation in competition litigation for cross-border competition cases for the Vietnamese competition authority.
