Provisions of real estate brokerage in the Law on Real Estate Business 2023

This study analyzed the legal aspects of the provisions on real estate brokerage in the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 and compared these provisions with previous legal documents. The study clearly pointed out the positive role of the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 in more strictly controlling individuals and organizations engaged in real estate brokerage. Based on the analysis, several recommendations were proposed to amend and supplement a number of provisions in order to enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of regulations on real estate brokerage. The study is expected to contribute to the development of Vietnam's real estate market in the new period.
