Law on land for nursing home real estate businesses in Vietnam

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the socio-economy, the demand for nursing homes has increased and has led to the growth of nursing home real estate businesses in Vietnam. It is necessary to improve the legal framework on land for the nursing home real estate business. This study analyzed some theoretical legal issues of land for nursing home real estate businesses in Vietnam. This study clarified the concept, characteristics, content structure, requirements for land law in nursing home real estate businesses, and conditions to ensure their implementation in order to create a basis for perfecting regulations on land in nursing home real estate businesses in Vietnam.
