Regulations on land for social housing development

Abstract
Social housing development is a top concern in Vietnam today. Building and perfecting the legal framework on land for social housing development is a prerequisite task. This paper analyzed and studied new regulations on land for social housing development in the Law on Housing 2024 and the Law on Land 2024. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations are made to contribute to the effective implementation of these regulations.
