The Law on Social Security includes provisions on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and support policies for disadvantaged people, the elderly, and workers in various occupations. However, there are still many problems that need to be solved to make the social security system more effective and equitable. In addition, rapid changes in the labor market that are caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and the aging population are posing new challenges for the development and adjustment of social security policies. This paper analyzed some aspects of the Law on Social Security and some issues posed in the current period.
