35. Limitations of Localities in the High-Tech Agriculture Development

Developing hi-tech agriculture is an inevitable direction to ensure a high and sustainable economy. Localities in Sourthern Vietnam have adopted many solutions to take advantages of their areas in order to achieve breakthroughs in the hi-tech agriculture development. This study analyzes the limitations of these localities in the development of hi-tech agriculture. Based on the study’s analysis, some policy recommendations are made to help these localities carry out appropriate hi-tech agricultural development policies, strengthen the training of human resources, promote technology application and transfer, especially the transfer of high technology and smart agricultural technology.
