26. Personalizing the Teaching Process – An Effective Solution to Enhance the Quality of Teaching and Learning in Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry

This study sheds light on the theoretical issues of individualizing the teaching process at universities. The study points out the important meaning of teaching close to the object in order to develop intelligence and personality. The study analyzes the current teaching organization and psychological characteristics of learners in universities, and measures to organize teaching towards personalization learning, such as: organizing differentiated class times, organizing class time in small groups, using the assignment sheet throughout the entire class schedule, and guiding for self study students. The combination of these measures has contributed to improving the quality of teaching at the university level in the Industry 4.0 era.
