22. Planning Logistics Hubs in an Urban Logistics System: Methodology and Its Application for Da Nang City

Abstract
An urban logistics system plays a key role in resolving urban transport challenges, such as traffic
congestion, traffic accidents and environmental pollution, in order to improve the efficiency of
transporting goods across a city, greatly contributing to the city’s economic development. This
paper is to present the concept of urban logistics and urban logistics hubs. This paper can be used
for the planning of logistics hubs in Da Nang city.
