17. A Study on the Needs of Foreign Trade University Students for Digital Skills Training

Abstract
This study is to explore and assess the needs of Foreign Trade University’s students for digital
skill training. The first digital skill framework for Foreign Trade University’s students has 06 main
skills groups, including: (1) Technology usage, (2) Digital information and data, (3) Digital
communication and collaboration, (4) Digital content creation, (5) Digital safety and wellbeing,
and (6) Digital solving problem. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to
help Foreign Trade University better conduct digital skill training for students.
