Solutions for innovating and enhancing cultural and sports institutions in Vietnam

Abstract
This article offers a comprehensive evaluation of the institutionalization and implementation of the Party's directives, resolutions, and the State's policies and laws regarding the development of cultural and sports institutions. It addresses the aspects of planning, investment, construction, management, and utilization of these institutions, as well as the allocation and mobilization of resources. Based on this assessment, the article proposes solutions for improving the institutions and policies to advance the system of cultural and sports institutions, thereby meeting the extensive needs of the populace, fulflling the requirements for comprehensive human development, and fostering an advanced Vietnamese culture rich in national identity, in alignment with the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress Resolution.
