performing the behavior; (3) the recipient of the voice message; (4) the content of the voice; (5) the channel of the voice; (6) the form of expressing the voice content; (7) the motives and purposes of the voice. The article enhances the understanding of employee voice behavior, contributing to the benefts of organizations, managers, and employees. Additionally, it helps scholars and interested individuals save time and effort, making it easier to approach research on this topic.
