Bài viết phân tích xu hướng phát triển của Smart ESG trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và yêu cầu phát triển bền vững ngày càng gia tăng. Nội dung nghiên cứu làm rõ khái niệm ESG và Smart ESG, đồng thời phân tích vai trò của các công nghệ cốt lõi như trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI), dữ liệu lớn (Big Data), blockchain, IoT và điện toán đám mây trong nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị ESG. Bài viết cũng đánh giá các xu hướng Smart ESG trên thế giới và tại Việt Nam, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực tài chính - ngân hàng và doanh nghiệp sản xuất. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp thúc đẩy Smart ESG tại Việt Nam.
