The impact of organizational justice on employee satisfaction and knowledge sharing in the leather and footwear industry in Vietnam

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational justice, employee satisfaction, and knowledge sharing in leather and footwear companies in Vietnam. The research focuses on the components of organizational justice: distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, and temporal justice, to assess how organizational justice affects employee satisfaction and knowledge-sharing behaviors. The study uses primary data from survey results, with 327 valid questionnaires. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was applied to process the data using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24 software. The fndings indicate that all components of organizational justice (except procedural justice) have a positive impact on employee satisfaction. Among these, temporal justice has the greatest impact on employee satisfaction. Additionally, employee satisfaction positively influences their knowledge-sharing behaviors. Managerial implications and future research directions are also discussed in the study.
