The intention to adopt e-commerce applications in the supply chain of ocop products in Vietnam

Abstract

The volume of OCOP products from various localities in our country is substantial, but the distribution methods for these products are still limited. The application of e-commerce (EC) will help OCOP products to reach the market more quickly and at lower sales costs. This study explores the reasons driving businesses in the OCOP product supply chain to research and apply e-commerce in the distribution of products to customers. Based on this, the research focuses on evaluating the intention to apply e-commerce in the supply chain and the factors influencing this intention.
