Ho Chi Minh city’s solutions for supporting enterprises overcome difficulties

Abstract
Enterprises play a very important role in the socio-economic development of Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular. Three sectors of state-owned enterprises, foreigninvested enterprises, and Vietnamese private enterprises account for 52–55% of the country's annual state budget revenue. This paper analyzed the current difculties that businesses in Ho Chi Minh City are facing after the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper also highlighted some solutions that Ho Chi Minh City has implemented to help businesses overcome difculties and recover.
