The current implementation of technology applications to develop a smart tourism ecosystem in Thanh Hoa province

It is necessary for the tourism industry to take advantage of technology applications to improve its quality and become a key economic sector. This paper presented some typical technologies applied in the smart tourism ecosystem. The paper also analyzed the current implementation of technology applications to develop smart tourism in Thanh Hoa province. Based on the paper’s fndings, some solutions were proposed to help the province achieve its set smart tourism development goals.
