Some Solutions for Improving the Quality of Civil Servant Evaluation at State Agencies Under Current Conditions

In recent years, evaluating and ranking the quality of civil servants has seen positive changes in both awareness and practice. In general, the process and procedures for evaluating the quality of civil servants have been implemented correctly, and democracy has strengthened. However, the practice of evaluating civil servants still has some limitations. This paper presented the current situation of civil servant evaluation at state agencies and proposed some solutions to improve the quality of civil servant evaluation at state agencies under current conditions.
