Human Resource Management Practices and Employee Performance in the Banking Sector in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

This study analyzed human resource management practices and employee performance in the banking sector in Ho Chi Minh City. In this study, qualitative research methods were used to explore human resource management practices and employee performance in the banking sector through a survey of 498 employees working for banks in Ho Chi Minh City. This study is expected to help bank managers gain insights into how human resource management practices affect employee performance. Based on the study’s findings, bank managers can develop appropriate human resource management policiesto improve employee performance.
