The Role of Electricity Storage Systems in Operating Renewable Energy Systems

Vietnam has experienced a rapid growth rate in renewable energy over the past five years. It poses a huge challenge to the dispatching of power plant systems and the operation of the power system. This study emphasized the role of electricity storage systems in operating renewable energy systems. In this study, statistical research, qualitative research, and quantitative research methods were used to analyze the fundamental theories. The study also referred to relevant documents and reports in the world and Vietnam.
