An Overview of the Factors Affecting the Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems in Public Health Units

Abstract
This study reviewed previous research and identified relevant theoretical frameworks to propose a research model and research hypotheses about the factors affecting the intention to implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The study identified the factors affecting the intention of public health units to use ERP systems, including personal characteristics, organizational characteristics, technological characteristics, and ERP implementation intention. These results are expected to support further empirical research on ERP implementation in public health service units.
