Green Human Resource Management: A New Tool to Enhance the Work Engagement

Abstract
This study discussed the exposure to green human resource management methods to enhance the work engagement of employees so that they can wholeheartedly be devoted to their work. The study also explored the harmonization between work engagement and green human resource management methods. This study aimed to present a general theory of green human resource management. In this study, an analysis was carried out through the assumption of the existence of a mediating effect in the relationship between green human resource management and the work engagement of employees.
