Improving the institutional framework for digital data system in Vietnam

Abstract

Vietnam’s digital data system is undergoing comprehensive development, with data increasingly recognized as a strategic asset and a key factor of production for the economy. However, the system continues to face various limitations and shortcomings. This study analyzes the current state of Vietnam’s digital data system and, on that basis, proposes several solutions to improve and strengthen the system in the future.
