Nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của chuyển đổi số đến hoạt động quản lý tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Nông nghiệp thông qua khảo sát cán bộ, nhân viên bằng thang Likert 5 mức, kết hợp phân tích nhân tố khám phá và hồi quy đa biến. Kết quả cho thấy, hiệu quả quản lý chịu tác động tích cực từ hạ tầng công nghệ, liên thông và chất lượng dữ liệu, hiệu suất công việc, vai trò lãnh đạo, năng lực số của nhân viên và nhận thức về tính hữu ích của hệ thống, từ đó đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả triển khai chuyển đổi số tại bệnh viện công lập.
