Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on management activities at the Agricultural General Hospital. Data were collected through a staff survey using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression. The findings reveal that management effectiveness is positively influenced by technological infrastructure, data connectivity and quality, work performance, leadership roles, staff digital capabilities, and perceived system usefulness. Based on these results, the study provides managerial implications for improving the effectiveness of digital transformation implementation in public hospitals.
