Developing digital workforce in Vietnamese enterprises

Abstract
The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is rapidly transforming the management, operation, and development methods of businesses. Industry 4.0 drives the transition from resource-based to knowledge-based economies. The digital economy demands a suitable workforce. Additionally, Industry 4.0 affects the labor market by automating processes and replacing human workers with artificial intelligence. This article discusses the current state of workforce development in Vietnam and proposes solutions to enhance the quantity and quality of the digital workforce.
