Factors affecting the development of high-quality human resources in the Southeast region

Abstract
The Southeast region is the economic engine of Vietnam’s key economic region, and it plays an important role in the country’s development. This study analyzed the theoretical basis of factors affecting the development of high-quality human resources and the impact of these factors on the quality of human resources. The study proposed some factors affecting the development of high-quality human resources in the Southeast region, including recruitment, employment, salary, allowance and bonus regimes, policies for employees, training, and fostering activities.
