Current situation and solutions for the development of Thai Nguyen province’s human resources

Abstract
Human resources play a very important role in socio-economic stability and development. The quality of human resources is a competitive advantage for each country and each locality to attract investment. This paper analyzed and evaluated Thai Nguyen province’s human resources in terms of quality, scale, and structure in the period 2018–2022. The paper also analyzed the assessments of investors about Thai Nguyen province’s human resources. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to help the province develop its human resources in the new context.
