The adaptation of Vietnam's workforce to digital transformation

Digital transformation is an inevitable trend that has been affecting all socio-economic aspects in Vietnam. The digital transformation process requires people to also adapt to changes in their jobs and working environment. This paper provided an overview of the current adaptation of Vietnam's workforce to digital transformation. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to help Vietnamese workers better adapt to digital transformation. For example, it is necessary for the government to soon launch a national employment exchange and develop a diverse, multi-layered, and interconnected social service system; organizations should motivate staff to do social work, etc.
