Improving the Administrative Service Quality of the People's Committee of Phu Son Ward, Bim Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province

Public administrative services are an important activity of state administrative agencies to resolve issues of rights, obligations, and responsibilities of organizations and individuals. The quality of public administrative services has a direct impact on the country's socio-economic development. This study evaluated the current administrative service quality of the People's Committee of Phu Son Ward, Bim Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province. Based on the study’s findings, some basic solutions were proposed to improve the administrative service quality of the People's Committee of Phu Son Ward in the coming time, contributing to local socio-economic development.
