Factors affecting the intention of tourists to stay at green hotels when visiting Khanh Hoa province

Abstract

This study explored the factors affecting the personal norms, attitude, and intention of tourists to stay at a green hotel when coming to Khanh Hoa province. The study's results confirmed that the awareness of consequences and the awareness of responsibility have significant influences on the personal norms of tourists. In addition, environmental concern, environmental beliefs, and environmental commitment all positively affect the attitude of tourists toward staying at a green hotel. The study pointed out some implications for encouraging more tourists to stay at green hotels.
