Published: July 28, 2026
Abstract
This study focused on developing a research scale to assess the individual cultural factors that influence the entrepreneurial intentions of construction students in the Mekong Delta through the mediation of entrepreneurial attitudes. Based on Hofstede's theory of planned behavior and cultural dimensions, previous studies, and expert consultation, the study identified and calibrated the research model. The study conducted quantitative and qualitative surveys, including scale reliability testing and exploratory factor analysis. The study’s results show that the proposed scale is highly reliable and meaningfully contributes to the research model. This study contributes to a better understanding of the influence of personal culture on the entrepreneurial process, especially in the context of higher education.
