Learning paragraph writing among English non-majors at Thu Dau Mot University

Writing skills play an integral part in language learning, helping learners develop other linguistic skills. However, writing is considered one of the most difficult skills, and many students ignore it when taking English examinations. Although many studies have attempted to improve students' English writing ability, the implementation has often overlapped and has not achieved the expected results. This study used a questionnaire to investigate how English non-majors learn to write English paragraphs at Thu Dau Mot University. The findings are expected to improve English writing and teaching practices at Thu Dau Mot University and other institutions with similar contexts
