Abstract
The organizational structure and human resources are two important factors determining the success of an internal quality assurance (IQA) system. This paper analyzed some theoretical and practical issues about the IQA's organizational structure and human resources at the Banking Academy of Vietnam. The Banking Academy of Vietnam is a public university that has autonomy in developing and improving its IQA system.
