Corporate cultural factors affecting employee loyalty in small and medium-sized enterprises in Da Nang

Abstract

Organizational culture, which is formed during the development of organizations, is the genetic code of employees. Organizational culture creates trust, collaboration, and motivation among employees. This study explored the corporate cultural factors affecting employee loyalty in small and medium-sized enterprises in Da Nang. The study is expected to help businesses pay greater attention to improving their corporate culture in order to strengthen employee loyalty, motivation, and work performance.
